Aimee came from Combs civil service, which I take to mean she tends the beautiful underground gardens of the [Combs], picks up trash, and tries to keep errant youth on the right path. She noticed something special about Maxim and helped him get into the Academy. I'm not sure where her clout with the recommendation board comes from, but she's the sweetest lady you'll meet. When I met her she just wanted to show me all the cultural beauty of the people in the Combs. The kind of person who keeps you from getting jaded.
